Driving to Vail
Driving on a snowy I-70 was so much fun!
Super excited to be going to Vail!
More I-70 beauty
The snow-covered trees were so beautiful.
Possibly our favorite spot on I-70
Vail was a life size winter wonderland. It truly looked like a little fantasy world – cobblestone walkways, gorgeous snow-covered trees, and ski slopes descending right into the village.

On the Eagle Bahn Gondola – such an amazing experience!
Almost to the top!
On top of the mountain
The beauty was unreal!
It was around fifteen below at the top…but we couldn’t stop gazing!
One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stood!
The sky kept changing its hues as we stood on top of the mountain. It was so amazing to watch.
We went inside to thaw out and then walked back out to this. There are no words…
Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful sunset.

About to go on a dinner sleigh ride!
The mules were so beautiful!
Hot chocolate and good ole folk singing as we waited on dinner. This was SUCH a great experience! This guy could sing just like Johnny Cash.
With our mules after dinner 🙂
Our mules’ names were Ruth and Boaz!
Bundled up for our 0 degree day!
